This is especially responsible for atrophy in the back's muscles and inevitably pain, making it all the more important to engage in physical activity to keep the musculoskeletal system in shape.

To avoid physical damages due to incorrect training, one should undergo an orthopaedic sports medical examination and, if determined to be necessary, an internal medicine examination prior to joining a gym.
